There are a number of ways to reinvigorate your feminine. If you've neglected yourself, tried to keep up with a demanding workplace or are raising a family or looking after sick relatives, then your energy reserves will have gone dormant. That's only natural as you need to protect your vital energy reserves but it affects your ability to open to life, enjoy life, soften into your feminine and dampens your sexual drive.
Start by nourishing yourself and paying attention to everyday things in your life that give you pleasure such as walking in the garden after the rain, or admiring the bursting beauty of blossoming jacaranda trees. Take time out to rest, pause or just breathe. Say no more often. You will be amazed at how a little self-assertive care can work wonders.
