Give yourself the gift of time
In this busy holiday season, give yourself permission to take time out for yourself.
It’s such a precious feeling to have “time”. To unwind, just relax, read for a while without guilt, not have to dash here and there and "play" in your favourite activity.
Time to reflect on the year that’s been and the one coming in.
Just to breathe more expansively. Then you can connect with gratitude and satiation for what you do have.
You’ll then find there is less need to compulsively consume, be it presents, shopping or overindulgence in food, drink or parties. And more ability to balance and be in a state of calm centeredness. You deserve that. And so do your loved ones.
